About Gotham Lofts
A 1917 harness factory that later served the garment trade, Gotham was one of King West's earlier residential conversions. Its 54 suites, no two quite alike, show off yellow brick, timber posts and slatted wood ceilings, and some span two levels. Residents share a rooftop garden, gym and concierge.
