About Tip Top Lofts
Toronto's most recognizable Art Deco factory, built in 1929 for menswear maker Tip Top Tailors, was converted by Context with a six-storey glass addition on the roof. Lower floors are true hard lofts with concrete mushroom columns; upper levels are modern soft lofts. The red neon sign still crowns the building beside Coronation Park.
