About Argyle Lofts

Built as a commercial bakery in 1919, this Edwardian Classical factory at Dovercourt and Argyle became the Argyle Lofts in 2007. The heritage facade, corner entrance and bakery clock were retained, while inside are bright one- and two-bedroom suites, some with mezzanines, ground-level yards or private rooftop decks.

What defines the building

  • Edwardian red-brick facade
  • original factory clock over the entrance
  • tall windows
  • two-storey penthouses with roof decks
