About Broadview Lofts

A 1914 Rexall warehouse just south of Queen East, reworked by the Sorbara Group into a brick-and-beam address. The original five floors keep their timber posts, wood ceilings and concrete floors, while two glass-and-steel levels added on top hold two-storey penthouses with roof terraces. The old rooftop water tower still marks the skyline.

What defines the building

  • exposed brick
  • timber post-and-beam
  • wood-slat ceilings
