This heritage-designated bedding factory at Dundas and Ritchie was converted by Plazacorp into 44 compact hard lofts. Timber framing, brick walls and big factory windows carry through every suite, with partial-height bedroom walls keeping the spaces open. There is no resident parking, so it suits transit riders and cyclists.
