About Merchandise Lofts

One of Toronto's largest warehouse conversions, this Chicago School landmark began in 1910 as the Simpsons distribution depot and grew through later additions. Suites pair twelve-foot concrete ceilings with fluted mushroom columns and huge windows, while residents share a rooftop pool, basketball court, gym and a grocery store at street level.
