About Wallace Station Lofts

Named for a long-gone railway stop, this small Junction Triangle conversion turned a late-1920s glue factory and its coach house into fewer than forty lofts. Fir timbers, red brick and wood ceilings define the suites, some of which span two levels, and the original freight elevator is still in place.

What defines the building

  • Douglas fir posts and beams
  • exposed red brick
  • wood ceilings
  • original freight elevator
  • coach houses with rooftop terraces
